Shipping Policy

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.

All orders received before 3:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.

All orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day.

Orders are processed and  shipped six days a week.

There is no shipping on Sunday, Orders received on a Sunday will be shipped the following day.

Shipping cost is calculated by weight and location.

Return Policy

At West Mountain Tone Woods we want you to be happy, and enjoy your time with us. If for any reason you purchase any item from W.M.T.W. and are not completely satisfied, please return for a full refund or store Credit (Your Choice) and receive a Free $5.00 Gift Card towards your next visit to our site.
 

Redeeming your Gift Certificate

When you purchases a gift certificate from W.M.T.W. we will sent you a electronic copy by email containing a validation code that can be used at any time on our site by inserting the code at checkout.We will also express post (if you require) your Gift Certificate to you, same day, to allow you to pass on the gift to that "Wood Nut" in your family.

All our Promotional Coupons contain a validation code exclusive to the promotion been held at the time, that can be redeemed at checkout.

Shipping Your Guitars T0 Us

If contacting us for the purpose of availing of any, or all of our shop services and live within a 50k of our Shop we will have it picked up and delivered back to you at no extra cost.

If you live outside of the 50k range, or Overseas, we do have special arrangements in place with various other agencies, to ship, protect and insure your Instrument during Shipping.

Our Monthly Draw

Our monthly Draw will be conducted on the 15th of each and every month. All winners will be notified by email, and the winner will receive their prize by Canada Post.

The Prize will consist of a different Guitar building Related tool each month to the value of, or less then, but not exceeding $500.00.

Entry to our Draw is obtained by Registering for our Monthly Newsletter or by purchasing products from our Site.

With each Registered Email for our Newsletter you will received one ( 1) entry.

With each $10.00 spent you will receive five (5) more chances to win.

There are no limits to the amount entries that can be submitted on your behalf, but we can only except the same email address once per person.
